Birthday Trip Day
Bradley 6 and Elizabeth 4 were waiting to go to Build a Car.
My parents take the kids on Birthday trips. Since B and E
are so close in age they got to go together. Bradley constructed
a black and orange hot rod while Elizabeth decided to build a
hot pink monster truck. What a fun day. Thank you Nana and Grandad :O)
Elizabeth and the Football Trophy
Field Trip for Pizza
Bradley and his Kindergarten class went on a walking field trip to the mail box and pizza. The kids were learning about our US mail system and how it works. So for Valentines Day the kids addressed and envelope put a stamp on it and made a special Valentine for their families. Each kid placed his or her special Valentine in the mail box and waited for it to be delivered. What a great activity thanks Ms. Baird you are a great teacher. After their long walk and letter delivering the kids were treated to a pizza making show with all of the tossing and twirling of the dough. I don't know if the kids liked the show or eating the pizza better. On full bellies the class headed back to school. What a great day! In the photos are Mrs. Baird, Claudia, Drake, and Bradley.

Soccer 2011
One of the best things in life is having children.
I love being a mom and I love seeing my kids be successful.
Keith Just came off a dream year for football.
He went straight into soccer that had started four weeks earlier.
He missed two games along with three other starters due to football.
The team had a good year and were able to make it into the playoffs as the 11th seed.
We traveled down to Tuscon and watched the first and final game of their playoff ride.
The temperature was about 26 degrees when they started play and even colder with the wind.
Keith was very happy to be the goalie that day,
because he was able to wear pants and a long sleeve shirt.
On the other hand being goalie is a tough job.
Keith was kicked while he was down literally.
In the Tuscon paper Keith is on the ground with a mouth full of foot.
Thank you Keith for all of the great memories of H.S. soccer.
